I’m Khaled. I work on what’s left when building gets cheap.
I’m a solution architect in Cairo, with more than ten years of building software.
AI now does much of the building. The hard part has moved to people: deciding what to build, checking what was built, and learning from what shipped.
So I run Mindcache, an async practice that helps software teams change how they work now that AI makes building cheap. It finds where work waits, installs a few changes at a time, and measures each one against the team’s own baseline.
I write things down, which is how most of my open work started. When I couldn’t find the word for something, I wrote a protocol for it.
